📢 Welcome Home to Wapakoneta City Schools, Megan Miller! 🍎
We are thrilled to introduce Megan Miller as the newest member of our WHS team! 🎉 She will be an Intervention Specialist and is excited to continue to work with our amazing students and families.
From Ms. Miller
I am a Wapakoneta High School graduate from the year 2000! I have a Bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University and a Master's degree in special education from Wright State University. I have been a high school Cross Categorical Intervention Specialist for the past 16 years at the Auglaize County ESC and have been working in the special education field for 20 years.
I have volunteered for the Special Olympics in Auglaize county for many years and am in my second year coaching the Special Olympics bowling team. In my free time I enjoy crocheting, diamond art paintings, and going for walks around the neighborhood and in downtown Wapak.
I am excited for this opportunity to work with Wapakoneta City Schools and continue to serve the special education population at Wapakoneta High School. There is nothing better than living and working in the community you grew up in!

Each year the Ohio Basketball Coach's Association honors teams across the state for academic performance. Their most notable award is the Team Academic Award which recognizes the top 5 boys and girls teams. Our Varsity team GPA (Calculated using top 9) was 3.93. This put us in the top 5 boys teams in the entire state of Ohio. This is a tremendous honor for our program and a credit to the type of kids and parents we have. Thank you to our students, staff and families for their commitment to academics.
