The Wapakoneta Redskins Softball team played Bath. Wapakoneta won 12-7!
Wapakoneta Redskins Softball Tournament vs. Defiance. Defiance came out on top with a score of 7-2.
Congratulations to our Food Service Supervisor, Shelly Stauffer! Shelly received the Ohio School Nutrition Association Manager of the Year award!
Congratulations to our Wapak Seniors who participated in the Career Fair on May 6th! Students had the opportunity to practice interviewing skills, connect with employers, and prepare for their future careers.

🏆 Aiden Gallaspie and Gabe Wright for earning prizes for “Top Scores.”
In addition, all students who completed two interviews were entered into prize drawings. We are proud of all of our seniors for representing Wapak so well and taking advantage of this valuable experience!

Wapakoneta High School held a drawing for our seniors who participated in the job fair/interview day. Winners for the most interviews and the highest average scores on their interviews received prizes. Additionally, there was a random drawing held for other participants who completed the required number of interviews. It was a great experience for our young people, and we want to thank the businesses and organizations who took part!
The Wapakoneta Track Team participated in a multi-school track meet.

This is for students going into 1st-8th grades. The cost is $40.00 and the camp runs from July 20th-July 22nd, 2026 from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm.
Wapakoneta Seniors had the opportunity to participate in the Wapakoneta High School Career Fair to explore future pathways, connect with professionals, and learn about careers in a variety of industries. Students gained valuable insight into the skills, education, and opportunities available after high school.

Thank you to Wapakoneta resident Chad Dunlap for sharing his story with our students today. His story of suicide awareness and mental health was incredibly impactful.
