Wapakoneta High School will be holding a College Credit Plus (CCP) Information Session on Tuesday, February 13 at 6:30 pm in the high school cafeteria. This session is for any student in grades 7-12 who are academically ready for college-level classes. Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend. Questions? The Wapakoneta Police Department and the Auglaize County Sheriff's Office partnered with the Wapakoneta Internship Program to create a criminal justice program. Alex Lewis is our first student to go through the program. Alex went to the YMCA to take the pre-fitness test requirement to get into a police academy.
The Wapakoneta High School Aviation Class toured the Neil Armstrong Airport today. Thanks to airport manager, Ted Bergstrom, the class learned about many careers in aviation. We also got to see several different airplanes and hear about their maintenance and technology.

Wapakoneta City Schools will be closed on Thursday, January 25 due to fog in some of the outlying areas of the school district.
Today is the last day to sign up for the dodgeball tournament being held on Sunday, January 28, starting at noon! Make your teams of 5-8 high school students (WHS students only). The cost per team is $40. Sign up at the link below: https://www.wapak.org/page/tickets
