While these apps do not replace assistance from our local licensed mental health workers, we do want to make you aware of some FREE phone apps to download to assist with daily living (iOS and Android).

What’s Up - teaches you to identify what you are feeling and to stop negative thinking
Mind Shift - stresses the importance of changing how you think about anxiety.
SAM (Self-Helping for Anxiety Management) - track anxious thoughts and behavior over time, learn self help techniques, and connect with online community members for additional support.
Happify - engaging games, activity suggestions, gratitude prompts, and more to train your brain to overcome negative thoughts.
Lifesum - allows you to set personal goals so you can create a personalized map to better health.
PTSD Coach - offers everything from a self-assessment for PTSD, to opportunities to find support, positive self-talk, and anger management.
Breathe2Relax - portable stress management tool that teaches you a skill called diaphragmatic breathing.
