Talented and Gifted Program

The Wapakoneta City Schools Talented and Gifted Program (TAG) will provide challenging differentiated programming options for high ability students.

Objectives

To provide appropriate level and pacing of instruction for high ability students.
To provide opportunities in creative thinking and problem solving for high ability students.
To provide learning environments allowing peer interaction with others who have similar talents and interests.
To expose students to long-term career options.
To provide students with opportunities to explore and develop acceptance of individual strengths and shortcomings.
