Goals        
Goal 1:  Wapakoneta City Schools will have a 10% increase over the next 3 years in the number of students who score proficient in all Ohio Achievement Tests and the Ohio Graduation Test combined.

Goal 2:  By the end of 2006-2007 school year, develop a program of character education to promote positive school climate and personal accountability as measured by the Bernhardt survey and discipline data.  By end of 2007-2008 school year, there will be a 10% increase in community service opportunities for students.

Goal 3:  During the 2007-2008 school year, there will be an improvement of actual and perceived safety in the Wapakoneta City School district as measured by discipline data and perception data.

Goal 4:  By May of 2007, Wapakoneta City Schools will develop a communication process that will reach every sector of the community.  This will be measured through tools specific to each action step.
