One Call Now is an automated Parent Notification Service that allows schools to contact thousands of parents within minutes. Your child’s school has implemented One Call Now to substantially improve its ongoing communication with you. The partnership with One Call Now shows your school’s commitment to you and to your child’s education and safety.
The most important thing parents can do is verify the accuracy of their contact information. Schools must have updated phone numbers for One Call Now to work effectively and efficiently. If you are not receiving the calls, please check with your child’s school’s secretary to make sure they have the correct information.
You may also add up to 3 phone numbers to your list of contacts if desired. You may do this by visiting our website at www.wapak.org and clicking on the One Call Now link, located on the left side of this page, and following the directions below.
Enter the student’s last name and the primary phone number for the student on file with the school or school district.
If applicable, select the school building which the student attends.
Click the “Look up” button.
Enter additional phone numbers.
Parents may enter up to three additional phone numbers. If parents revisit the Family Profile web page, previously submitted phone numbers and/or email addresses will display to be removed or changed.
Click the “Submit” button. The additional contact information will be submitted for all students at that building with that same last name same phone number.
Click the “Cancel” button at any time to cancel the submission.
If there are family members with different last names or located at other buildings, click the “Add More” button.
Clicking “Add More” and repeating the above process will be needed to submit phone numbers for students with differing last names even if they are within the same household.

When finished, click the “Close Window” button.
Parents can easily retrieve or replay a message that was cut off from an answering machine, answered by a toddler, or received on a cellular phone that dropped the call mid-message:
Call toll-free (877) 698-3261 or (866) 321-4255 from any touch-tone phone.
At the greeting, press 1, and then enter the phone number that One Call Now dialed. This is the phone number that you have given to the school to reach you.
