Auglaize County Board of DD

Services include everything from early intervention programs for infants and toddlers, to transition services for school-age youth, to work and recreational activities for adults of all ages.  Eligibility for services is completed through DODD assessment tools.

Auglaize County Crisis Center

The Auglaize County Crisis Center provides a network of safety for adult and child victims of domestic violence through 24-hour emergency crisis response, safety planning, shelter and case management. This agency is the only agency in Auglaize County providing shelter, food, case management and programming to survivors of family violence.

Auglaize County District Public Library 

Provides child and family events free of charge to all residents of the county and has branches in Wapakoneta and Cridersville.  

Auglaize County Health Department

Services provided in collaboration with Auglaize County Health Department support the program, family and children by providing free community screenings, seamless transitions from Early Intervention to Preschool, and ongoing information on child/family health issues.

Family Resource Center 

(Mental Health and Recovery for Allen, Auglaize and Hardin Counties)

The mission of Family Resource Center is to provide specialized behavioral health services to individuals, children and families in our multi-cultural communities in order to strengthen family life and promote personal growth.  This agency serves all Patients regardless of inability to pay. FRC accepts Medicaid, insurance, client pay and subsidies for essential services are offered based on family size and income.

Mercy Unlimited

Mercy Unlimited houses a Food Pantry, including supplying “Backpack Meals” to students in need.  Additionally, each building is supplied with personal hygiene items and snacks for students in need.  They also can connect families to emergency shelter, clothing for people in crisis,and prescription assistance for those in financial distress.
